RAFFLE SELLER'S INCENTIVES
What is the Seller’s
Incentive?
- For every $500 worth of raffle tickets sold by a single seller, the seller will
receive one entry into a drawing for a $500 tuition credit for the 2013-2014 academic year. Parents of current seniors or friends of
Central Catholic without a current student may opt for $500 cash.
- Sellers may earn multiple entries into the drawing.
- Raffle sales may be combined to total $500. For example, four $100 Fiat tickets and four $25 trip tickets constitute one $500 entry.
- Entries will be tracked via the “Sold By” line on the raffle ticket stub, or “Sold By” field on the online purchase form.
Who is eligible to sign up?
- Central Catholic families, alumni, incoming freshman parents, friends, faculty, and staff are
eligible to sell tickets.
How do I sign up to sell
tickets?
- Contact Lynn McFarland ‘90 in the Development Office to arrange pick up of your
raffle tickets or to inquire about selling at Central Catholic events: 503.230.1056 or e-mail lmcfarland@centralcatholichigh.org.
- Sellers who volunteer to sell tickets at Central Catholic
athletic events, at their parish/grade school, or at any other venue are considered to be the “Sold By” recipient.
What are entry qualifications?
- Entries will be tracked by the individual name listed on the “Sold By” line of
the raffle ticket. Family members will not be combined.
- For each $500 in tickets sold, the seller earns one entry into the drawing.
There is no limit to the number of entries a seller may earn.
How many prizes will be awarded?
- There will be a total of 10 winners drawn.
How much are the raffle
tickets?
- The $100 ticket buys a chance to win a 2012 Fiat 500 Convertible • Only 1,000
tickets will be sold.
- The $25 ticket buys a chance to win a $5,000 Travel Voucher • Only 2,000
tickets will be sold.
When will the winners be
drawn?
- A March Madness Early Drawing will be held for two of the 10 sales incentive
winners on April 3, 2013. Tickets must be turned in or purchased online by
4:00 p.m. on April 2 to be eligible
for the early drawing.
- The final drawing for the remaining eight sales incentive winners will be held
May 10, 2013.
- Winners will be notified by phone.
What is the deadline to sell
raffle tickets for this promotion?
- The Raffle Sales Incentive Program runs February 28 - April 26, 2013.
- Sellers must turn in all ticket stubs and unsold tickets to
the Development Office by 3:00 p.m.
April 26, 2013, to be eligible for the remaining eight drawings.
Bonus Incentive:
- The seller of the winning Fiat ticket will automatically receive a $500 tuition
credit for the 2013-2014 academic year.
